Welcome to Forgotten Trails of the Western Front and Gallipoli. My e-book, 'Forgotten Trails of the Western Front' published in 2014 recounts my experiences of visiting the battlefields of France and Belgium over a period of many years.

 

My follow-up 'Forgotten Trails of Gallipoli' is a short account of my visit to the Turkish battlefields, published in 2015 to mark the 100th anniversary of the battle.

 

This website is intended as a companion to these books - I hope you will enjoy reading about my experiences and perhaps decide to join me on a journey along some of those 'Forgotten Trails'.
